As women, sometimes we tend accomplish something and then go on and say “what’s the next thing?” and do to the next thing and next thing. Instead of acknowledging “hey, wait a minute, I just did something awesome!” and give ourselves recognition and a pat on our back for how far we have come.
Take a moment to think about what you have accomplished this year or even the last six months. Do not be hard on yourself. You have grown. Be proud of yourself. You are not the same person you were at the beginning of the year.

Close your eye and go back, all the way back to the beginning of the year and see yourself.

- Look at yourself.
Now step inside her. Feel what it was like for her at the beginning of the year.

- How were you looking?
- What was going on for you at the beginning of year?
Hold this image and now ……….. let it go!
Now, move forward into the timeline of now. Notice how you feel and the differences you see in yourself. Notice how you feel with your body, internally, how you look – notice the differences. Notice the jolt of happiness and inspiration and far you have come.
Notice all the beautiful things you have accomplished during this year. Celebrate what you have achieved. Celebrate yourself, SiStar!
Now, use this beautiful energy of being proud of yourself and write down everything you want to do and accomplish this coming year.
